NOTICE TO VENDORS, CONTRACTORS, AND LENDERS:
Only specifically authorized employees of National Heritage Foundation have power to commit NHF to any business transaction or contract. The foundations at NHF do not have independent legal status. They are internal divisions of NHF formed to carry out the many charitable, religious, and educational projects of NHF. The foundations are not agents of NHFand have no power to bind it. The foundations of NHF do not have officers, directors, or employees. Only NHF has officers, directors, and employees.
Accordingly, no foundation at NHF has the power or capacity to enter into any business transaction or contract. Only NHF, which is a Georgia non-profit corporation, has such power which is exercised only by and through its specifically authorized employees.
Therefore, the only obligations which NHF recognizes as binding on it are those which result from the acts of its duly authorized employees. We are pleased to identify them upon request.
Please be advised that if you provide goods or services, advance credit, or make a loan to a foundation at NHF, you accept the risk that NHF will disavow any responsibility for either the invoice or loan.
